Living the West Coast way
You know the old saying, “Location! Location! Location!” Location is always a prime consideration for any new Adera project. However, Adera believes that lifestyle plays a significant role as well. People who like to live near where they work, close to where they play, and where their friends are, Adera’s Live West Coast philosophy ties lifestyle with location and a sense of community in its newest developments – Sail, remix and Breeze, and coming soon, The Shore.
Nestled in the heart of new Wesbrook Village at the University of B.C., Sail is close to Pacific Spirit Park and numerous beaches, yet a block away from urban amenities. “Sail is located in one of the most desirable real estate locations in Vancouver’s West Point Grey neighbourhood, which is only 20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and about 15 minutes to the airport,” says Eric Andreasen, Adera’s VP marketing and sales.
Built to REAP Gold Standard – a proprietary green building rating system developed by UBC – Sail is a collection of 172 urban homes in two wood-framed buildings. These homes embrace classic beauty and elegance, offering unparalleled quality and workmanship. Designed in West Coast-style architecture, this community projects modern urban form with natural exterior elements. Homes at Sail start at $424,900 making them excellent value at UBC. Due to popular demand, all three-bedroom models were sold out in the first building. As a result, Adera has agreed to a limited release of 12 new three-bedroom homes on Aug. 25, and expects that these will sell quickly because of strong demand.
For those who want to live the high-urban lifestyle in North Vancouver, there’s remix. This collection of 60 LEED for Homes-certified properties are located over trendy retail shopping. Homes offer sweeping 360-degree views, including Grouse Mountain, and are located across the street from the Trans Canada Trail along Mosquito Creek. The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes should start from the high $200,000s. Remix is currently previewing prior to its grand opening expected some time this September. The new display home is open for viewing at 735 15th Street West in North Vancouver, or phone 604-924-4488.
Breeze is located in south Surrey, just a block or two away from the newest, hottest urban core – Morgan Crossing. Breeze is a community where abundant social activity will be as available as peace and quiet. Classic West Coast modern design is apparent in the cedar detailing, large soffit overhangs, flat rooflines and lush landscaping along central meandering pathways. This is where neighbours will interact and children will play, all leading to the West Coast Club, a private amenity for wellness and socializing. For more details phone 604-582-1113 or attend the sales office opening on Sept. 8 at 15 – 16223 23A Ave.
A block away from Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners, Breeze offers 227 townhouses with two bedrooms and den to four bedrooms priced from the low $300,000s. This community will be connected by foot trails, with landscaped water features, green space and an amenities building. News flash! Adera will be announcing the opportunity to have a little piece of Shangri-La south of Marine on the North Shore. The Shore will be coming this fall, a selection of 256 apartment homes.
