Jameson House Arrives in Town

Vancouver’s skyline welcomes the addition of a new, 36-storey tower by Bosa Properties.

Jameson House, an impressive and iconic architectural statement and stunning addition to Vancouver’s skyline, is built by Bosa Properties, one of Canada’s most respected development and construction firms, and designed by the illustrious U.K. architecture firm, Foster and Partners.

Although Foster and Partners has designed high-profile structures all over the world, such as the new World Trade Center tower in New York and the HSBC headquarters in Hong Kong, Jameson House is the firm’s first residential project in North America. The 36-storey tower is a mix of 138 residential suites starting on the 14 floor with retail and office space below.

Jameson House is thoroughly modern. Four curved bays rising up the west side of the tower are not only visually striking, but also minimize the effects of wind, reduce thermal gains and maximize views. Homeowners at Jameson House park their vehicle with the contemporary convenience of a fully automated, hassle-free, underground precision parking system, proven for more than 40 years throughout Europe.

There are, however, only a select few homes available, meaning that the opportunity to own a Foster + Partners original will end soon. Jameson House is located at 830 West Hastings and homes are priced from $839,000. Display homes are available for viewing daily from noon to 5 p.m. Those interested in owning a Foster original, visit or telephone 604-339-0707.
